Rental Information
Thank you for considering Willow Park Event Center and Wedding Chapel for your future event. We are a full service banquet facility featuring:
- Outdoor Wedding Ceremonies with Receptions in the ballroom or courtyard
- Rehearsal Dinners
- Anniversary Parties
- Luncheon Banquest
- Class Celebrations
- Class Reunions
- Graduations
- Golf Tournament Dinners
- Any other Special Events or Celebrations
Our Director of Special Events will customize the menu to suit each event.
GENERAL INFORMATION
We are pleased to offer you five settings:
- The Ballroom (275 persons seated)
- The Courtyard (outdoor canopied patio, 250 seated)
- The Willow Room (100 seated)
- The Rose Room (60 seated)
- The Vista Room (40 seated)
There is a rental fee for your room. This will include setup and cleanup. Also included will be tables, chairs, china, stemware and flatware. Chair covers are available upon request. Linen and labor charges to be determined.
ROOM RENTAL HOURS
- Saturday: 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
- Sunday or Weekdays: Five hour time limit
